Focused engagements with clear deliverables.
A short, focused deep dive, typically two weeks, into a market, an organisation or an opportunity, ending in a clear recommendation.
A defined scope, a set timeline and deliverables your team can act on: market entry, reorganisation, new business model, partnership deal.
Working alongside your team over several months to lead a transformation or launch, as an extension of your leadership.
Benoît has spent more than 20 years in the global pharmaceutical industry with Sanofi, working at the intersection of healthcare, technology and business.
He began in digital, then moved into business operations, business development and business unit leadership before taking on country and regional roles. As Country Chair and General Manager for Indonesia, he led a 600-person organisation and became the group's youngest GM. He then led General Medicine for the 14-country South Europe cluster, a €320M business he reorganised into a more efficient and focused operating model. Across Asia, from Indonesia and Vietnam to Hong Kong and China, and in South Europe, he has built teams and operations, sometimes from scratch, and run complex multi-country businesses.
As Business Innovation Lead for Key Markets, he led the transformation of Sanofi's General Medicine operations in its major markets into agile, tech-enabled organisations. He also structured strategic partnerships with health-tech companies to help large and mid-sized pharma companies shift towards patient-centric operating models.
Today he works with mid-sized pharma groups and health-tech startups on transforming organisations, building new ventures, launching digital-health initiatives and preparing for growth and investment.
